Refund policy

*WE DO NOT COMBINE ORDERS. 

PLEASE INCLUDE A PAPER WITH THE NAME ON THE ORDER, ORDER NUMBER, EMAIL, DATE THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED AND YOUR REASON FOR THE RETURN.

ANY ITEM PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT LARGER THAN 20% IS FINAL SALE. 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size for an item you ordered, please review the return requirements below to ensure your item qualifies for return. Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your selection. You may then place a new order for the correct size.

Bella-Breez is happy to accept returns, here is a quick overview on returns💕

• Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Items must be smoke, perfume, deodorant, make-up, dog hair, and damage free.

• Please wear boots only on carpet until you are sure they are a good fit. When soles on boots are scratched or show any sign of wear we cannot accept returns on them. Boots must be shipped back in their original box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Boots returned using the shoe box as the shipping box will not be eligible for a refund.

• Please do not take the tags off of items you will be returning (if applicable).

• Item(s) must be postmarked to be returned within 14 calendar days of date order was delivered. 

• Return will be processed within 3 business days. If items do not meet the return qualifications, return will NOT be issued and item(s) will be returned to buyer

• Want to avoid return shipping fees? Let us know you would like your refund in the form of a store credit instead of a refund processed to your original payment method and we will cover the cost of return shipping within the United States! A prepaid label will be sent to your email. If you select this refund method your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card.

• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you will need to cover return shipping. No reimbursements will be made for any shipping costs.

• SHIPPING LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED TO PROPER SHIPPING BAG OR BOX. ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THIS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. For example, if returning boots your item will be ineligible for a refund if you have put the shipping label on the boot box. 

• SWIM, GRAPHICS(GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS, GRAPHIC ROMPERS, OVERSIZED GRAPHIC ROMPERS, CREWNECKS) SALE CATEGORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on these items. If unsure if an item is eligible for a refund, please email us at Bella-breez@hotmail.com.

• If an order with final sale items is flagged as “returned” or “refused” from USPS, a refund will be issued for those items in the form of a store credit. You will not receive the refund to your original payment method.

If an order is lost in transit we will be unable to begin the resolution process until it has been 30 days from the date the shipping label was created.
