How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders ship in 1-5 days through USPS.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
We can cancel your order for you and issue a refund but there is a 5% processing fee.
What happens if I need to change the address on my order?
In the event that an address needs to be changed on an order we can cancel your order and you will place the order again with the correct address. This transaction does have a 5% processing fee. Due to our quick shipping time, we do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order so that you can change the address. If the order has shipped you will need to contact USPS.
What is the response time for an email?
If emailing or messaging during business hours you can expect a response within anywhere from a half hour to 12 business hours.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost, you will need to contact USPS. The only information we have about tracking is whatever the website shows when the tracking number is typed in.
What happens if I received the incorrect item or my item is damaged?
In the event that this happens we must be notified within 3 business days of the package being delivered. When we are notified we will then take the necessary steps to correct the issue.
How should I wash my clothing items?
All Bella-Breez items should be hand washed with mild detergent. Items should hung to dry and should not be dry cleaned.

How long do I have to send back a defective/wrong item?
The package must be scanned into USPS within 7 calendar days after we send the prepaid label to return it.
