How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders ship in 1-5 days through USPS,UPS, FedEx or DHL
Can I make changes to orders?
We would be more than happy to make changes to your order if we are notified before your order ships. We are unable to combine orders.
What happens if I need to change the address on my order?
Due to our quick shipping time, we do not guarantee that we will be able to change the address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and updated shipping address at email@example.com. If the order has shipped you will need to contact USPS.
What is the response time for an email?
If emailing or messaging during business hours you can expect a response within anywhere from a half hour to 24 business hours (excluding weekends).
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost, you will need to contact USPS. The only information we have about tracking is whatever the website shows when the tracking number is typed in. If Route insurance was purchased you can also file a claim through them. You will receive a separate email from Route.
What happens if I received the incorrect item or my item is damaged?
In the event that this happens we must be notified within 7 business days of the package being delivered. When we are notified we will then take the necessary steps to correct the issue. If we deem the item as defective and a shipping label is sent to you to return the item it must be postmarked and on its way back to us within 14 days from the day the label is sent to you.
How should I wash my clothing items?
All Bella-Breez items should be hand washed with mild detergent. Items should hung to dry and should not be dry cleaned. For further was instructions you can check the tag sewn in to each clothing item.

How long do I have to send back a defective/wrong item?
The package must be scanned into USPS within 14 calendar days after we send the prepaid label to return it. If the item is not sent back within the allowed time, we will no longer be able to accept it back. We will write return to sender on the package if necessary.
What happens if I contact Bella-Breez outside of the allotted time frame for a defective/wrong item?
Unfortunately, if we are contacted outside of the 14 calendar day time frame we are unable to do anything about the item.
